The CashBook Partner Program enables approved partners to refer businesses to CashBook and earn a commission on eligible revenue generated from such referrals. Subject to these Terms, a Partner is entitled to receive a commission equal to twenty percent (20%) of the net UPI wallet subscription revenue, excluding applicable taxes, that is actually received by CashBook from businesses referred by the Partner.

Commission is earned only when CashBook has received payment from the referred business for a paid wallet subscription. Commission is payable only for the period during which the referred business continues to pay for an active subscription. If a referred business cancels its subscription, pauses payments, or receives a refund for any reason, no commission shall be payable for such unpaid or refunded period.
